Dream of Californication.: HELP I WANT TO BE A STORM CHASER MORE THAN ANYTHING. AND I’VE WANTED... -

downedoutofmyhead:

HELP I WANT TO BE A STORM CHASER MORE THAN ANYTHING. AND I’VE WANTED IT SINCE I WAS A KID. BUT YOU DON’T MAKE MONEY DOING IT UNLESS YOU RUN A TOUR BUSINESS OR WORK FOR THE WEATHER CHANNEL OR NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC OR SOMETHING. And I’d probably jump out of a window before I’d finish a degree in meteorology because I hate physics and chemistry. Okay I don’t hate them but physics doesn’t like me and chemistry is okay until we get to balancing shit and stoichiometry and I don’t understand what that has to do with weather anyway.

I’ve been fascinated by tornadoes since I was a kid. I’ve also watched Twister far too many times. Can’t help it; it inspired me. It’s been my favorite movie since it came out when I was like, four or five.

onit-boom:

I NEEED to go Storm Chasing in the US.

Watching YouTube clips is not enough anymore.
I ache for it.

As soon as my degree is done, I’m saving up for it.
Australia and driving lessons can wait.

And I’ll take my mum.
